BARK 2022

The A-Team: The Anti-Cruelty Society Staff

We are the staff of The Anti-Cruelty Society. We work every day to care for Chicago's homeless animals, provide veterinary care to the animals in our shelter and many in the community, find them forever homes, investigate and eliminate animal cruelty, and educate adults and children about the humane treatment of animals.

We use the power of the human/animal bond to make this a better community and a better world.

We hope you will join us in this work by making a gift to BARK!

This year our team has set an ambitious fundraising goal to help the Society in their mission to provide compassionate care to any animal that needs it. The money you help us raise will be used to provide critical care for thousands of animals, and help them find good homes whenever possible.

The Anti-Cruelty Society has been building a more humane Chicago for people and pets since they were founded in 1899. Today they are Chicago's oldest and largest open admission animal welfare organization, and their programs and services improve the lives of thousands of animals and Chicagoans every year. The Anti-Cruelty Society’s mission is to build a community of caring by helping pets and educating people.

However, the care that The Anti-Cruelty Society provides to animals in need is only possible through the friendship of the community. Please help us meet our fundraising goal for BARK. Your generosity will help them keep an open door to compassion for any animal regardless of age, condition or temperament.
